In Guerilla, we call curves a shape composed of one or more curves.

The curves will be rendered smooth, whatever the number of vertices they have.

The curves shape can be adjusted using the curves User Guide/Curves/Attributes.

The curves should be shaded using the Library/Materials/Curves or Library/Materials/Hair shader.

Import curves in Guerilla
  1. Export curves from Maya using the Guerilla plug-in.
  2. Import curves from an Alembic file.
  3. Use the Procedurals/HairAndFur procedural to generate curves on a surface, duplicate hair guides or drive fur with guides.
  4. Import a Yeti fur file using the TD Guide/Third Party Tools/Yeti node.
  5. Import a XGen file using the TD Guide/Third Party Tools/XGen node.
